Phebo is very sad that he dropped his ice cream cone. [I may or may not have gotten the name inspiration from Friends.]

Bio: Phebo is a very sensitive monster, he has also very extreme emotions. Phebo has four sisters and three brothers, out of all of them he is the most emotional, however he does have the biggest warmest heart. Phebo also has quite the appetite, especially for sweets.
